Famous lake with the urban legend that Rani Lakshmi Bai used to bathe in this lake. This lake was in extremely severe condition and in the constituency of Ms Uma Bharati, ex Honourable Miniter for cleaning of Ganga. She had awarded this project under NMCG. This lake had low pH, B.O.D, C.O.D load, there was extremely bad odour and high E.C and T.C. The lake was also laden with Water Hyacinth due to phytroid bloom and was not alowing sunlight to penetrate the water body for natural remediation.

Result:
We had to first remove the non-biodegradable floating trash from the top of the lake and then started dosing Algae. This was a 4 week operation which saw massive improvement in the lake. Apart from the parameters which drastically improved, there was no odour and no mosquitoes.
